My name is Kassi Dee and I'm running for Mayor of Grover Beach in 2024.

deeply rooted with a fresh voice and a passion for community

I am thrilled to be here today as a young, female, small business owner who has dreamed of becoming the Mayor of Grover Beach ever since I can remember. I am deeply rooted in this community, having lived here for the majority of my life, and I am bursting with fresh ideas and a passion for progress. I grew up attending City Council meetings, volunteering at the Stone Soup Festival and playing in our incredible parks. I am dedicated to serving this community with my heart and soul, and I promise to work tirelessly to make Grover Beach an even better place for us all.

Thank you so much for your support!

What does Kassi believe in?

Community Engagement

Community engagement is an important part of our city. It's what makes us - us. I believe in coming together to celebrate what Grover Beach has to offer. We can accomplish that by encouraging more events and more conversations between community members, business owners, visitors, public servants and the residents that make up Groovy Grover Beach.

Economic Development

As a Grover Beach business owner, I know how large an impact our businesses have on our community and the opportunities we are so honored to have because of the foundation they hold. This is only possible when we support the economic development of those businesses. When we shop and support local, we support our community and create a better quality of life for all of us.

Public Safety

I am proud to be a part of a city whose Police Department's average response time is 2 minutes and 23 seconds. I plan to continue to support our first responders in order to maintain that average response time and keep our city streets safe. Our young families in the town need to allow their kids to be kids and the senior residents need to know their town is ultimately taken care of.
